All our products are produced in a small micro creamery. Which basically consist mainly of a 45 gallon pasteurizer/cheese vat, chiller and bottler/filler. Most of our equipment is dual purpose and very small so that we can make the best use of all our equipment to provide you with several different quality products. We are only one of a handful of micro-dairy creameries in New York State.
We began with a micro-dairy pasteurizer that holds 45 gallons of milk at a time. We pasteurize at a lower heat for a longer period of time. This allows for the taste of farm fresh milk to stay put for your taste buds to enjoy! The milk is not homogenized so you will see that awesome line of cream at the top of your bottled milk. This gives you a great chance to get some exercise while drinking milk, you will have to shake it to mix the cream with the milk, or scrape the cream off the milk and use it in your coffee. This makes the milk taste like it used to!
Cream Line Whole Milk-The milk from cow to you in just a few short hours. This is the closest to raw milk that you can get without actually buying raw milk. It is non-homogenized!
Cheese Curd-The fresh cheese that you can grab and go, perfect for kids lunches or great healthy snack day or night! A great product for all ages.
Yogurt- We produce a cream on top, European style yogurt, which is creamy and
delicious, though thinner than an American style yogurt. Since we do not ship our yogurt,
our yogurt is only available locally, while it is at peak flavor and consistency We produce four kinds of yogurt: Plain, Vanilla, Cinnamon and Maple.
Our Plain Yogurt contains only two ingredients: milk, and probiotic cultures. We add
vanilla extract and pure, New York State maple syrup to both our Vanilla and
Maple flavored yogurts. Our cinnamon yogurt we use the Vanilla yogurt and just
add good old cinnamon to it! All of our yogurts are natural and free of
stabilizers, thickeners, or milk powder.
