Welcome to Dutch Hill Creamery, home of the Aukema-Dairy Farm. We are a small creamery in the southern tier of New York, just outside of Binghamton, NY. Dutch Hill Creamery produces, all natural, hormone free milk, yogurt and cheese curds, from our happy cows. All our products are made in a small, 45 gallon vat pasteurizer, which provides us the opportunity to make a quality product on a small scale. Our milk is a creamline milk that is non-homogenized, so you better shake your milk .
On the farm we treat all our animals as if they are our kids. We take extra care to make sure they are healthy, happy and comfortable which then provides us with a better product to sell to the consumer. We would love to share our story with you, stop in and visit with Farmer Brian!
